Codowave provides AI-powered agents that automate software development workflows on GitHub. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with GitHub's terms of service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Intellectual Property
All code generated by Codowave agents is owned by you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over code written, modified, or reviewed by our agents in your repositories. The Codowave platform, including its UI, branding, and underlying technology, remains our intellectual property.
4. Limitation of Liability
Codowave is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any code changes made by our agents — you should review all pull requests before merging. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to code bugs, security vulnerabilities, or data loss.
5. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
